Interview 360

The Interview 360 approach utilizes in-person conversations with key people in your professional and even your personal life, if you wish. You invite 8-10 people to offer their honest feedback with clear examples in three areas: Strengths, Opportunities, and Best Advice. These are people you respect, who know you well, and who you know are supporters of your growth. A confidential summary report captures the major themes provided and becomes the basis for a developmental plan.
